STANDBY MODE
If the console does not detect any signal for 4 seconds, it switches to standby mode. All data will be
saved for the next training session.
PROGRAM SELECTION
You can use the navigation buttons to select the program. The programs are in order: manual - preset
program - H.R.C - race - user. Confirm your selection by pressing ENTER.
MANUAL PROGRAM
Press the START / STOP button in the main menu to start the manual program.
You can also select the manual program using the navigation buttons, select MANUAL and confirm by
pressing ENTER.
Use the navigation buttons to set the target values: time / distance / calories / pulse and press ENTER
to confirm (Fig. 2). Time and distance cannot be set at the same time.
Press START / STOP to start the program (Fig.3). The values start to subtract from the set values.
Use the navigation buttons to set the resistance between levels 1 - 16.
When one value reaches 0, the console stops and beeps for 8 seconds (press any button to end the
beep). Then the average values are displayed. The time is reset to the original set value.
Press RESET to return to the main menu.

PRESET PROGRAMS
Use the Navigation buttons to select PROGRAM mode and press ENTER.
Use the navigation buttons to select program 1 - 12 (Fig. 4). Press ENTER to confirm.
Use the navigation buttons to set the time (Fig. 5) and press ENTER to confirm.
Press START / STOP to start the program. Use the navigation buttons to adjust the resistance
between levels 1 - 16.
When the time value reaches 0, the console stops and beeps for 8 seconds (press any button to end
the beep) and the average values are displayed. The time is set to the original value setting.
Press RESET to return to the main menu.
