Consumption, Operation and Error Message Memory

The DG 3 has the following data memory:
• Consumption data memory
• Operating data and error memory
The consumption data memory stores data on a maximum of 5000 individual tapping
processes, arranged by staff code (if activated), tapping quantity, date, time, and status of
the completed tapping process. If there are more than 5000 tapping processes, the system
deletes and overwrites the oldest entries. This data memory can be saved to a USB
memory stick and can be visualized and printed in an additional program (Excel template).
This data memory can be deleted exclusively in programming mode.
The following information is stored in the operating data and error memory: Operating hours
and pump lifetime, water and disinfectant consumption, as well as operating faults with date
and time. This data can be retrieved or saved to a USB memory stick and can be visualized
and printed in an additional program (Excel template). This data memory can be deleted
exclusively in programming mode.
It stores the last 250 failures. If further failures occur, the system overwrites the oldest
failures. "Container empty" is not logged as a failure.
