  • Page 13: Funktionsbeschreibung / Aufbau

    Dosiergerät für gepresste- als auch flüssige Ecolab-Reiniger- und Klarspüler Produkte. Das EcoPlus PDRX besteht aus einem Gehäuse, einer Elektronik mit Mikrokontroller- Steuerung, einem Magnetventil, einer Systemtrennung und einer Sprühdüse. Nach Abbau der Haube und des Trichters sind alle Teile für die Montage, Wartung und Reparatur frei zugänglich.

    Praxis die Montage und Installation. Die Installation ist entsprechend den geltenden Vorschriften durchzuführen. Das EcoPlus PDRX ist für die Wandmontage vorgesehen! Das Gerät ist so anzuordnen, dass alle Displayanzeigen deutlich zu sehen sind. Das Gerät muss so befestigt werden, dass die Reinigungslösung ungehindert in den Tank der Geschirrspülmaschine (im folgenden GSM genannt) gelangen kann.

Folgende Regeln sind unbedingt zu befolgen, um zu verhindern, dass die Zulaufleitung durch Produkt-Ablagerungen blockiert wird: – Die Zulaufleitung sollte so kurz wie möglich gehalten werden. Das Gefälle der Zulaufleitung muss durchgehend mindestens 5° betragen.

    Montage und Installation Sicherheitsüberlaufschlauch VORSICHT! Der Sicherheitsüberlaufschlauch (PVC - Schlauch klar; im Lieferumfang enthalten) muss installiert werden.     Inbetriebnahme, Betrieb Inbetriebnahme, Betrieb Inbetriebnahme Folgendermaßen vorgehen: Die gewerbliche Geschirrspülmaschine (GGSM) einschalten. Die Konfiguration der Maschine durchführen. Den Waschtank mit Frischwasser füllen. Gegebenenfalls die Nullkalibrierung durchführen. Die Konzentration auf ca. 3.5 mS/cm einstellen (Startwert). Alle übrigen Parametereinstellungen vornehmen.     Functional description EcoPlus P (pressed chemical blocks) D (display) R (rinse pump) X (printer interface) is an automatic metering device for pressed as well as liquid Ecolab detergent and rinse aid products. The EcoPlus PDRX comprises a housing, electronics with micro-controller, a solenoid valve, a system separation function and a spray nozzle.

    Units must be installed in line with current regulations. The EcoPlus PDRX is intended for wall mounting! The unit must be arranged so that all display messages are clearly visible. The appliance must be fixed in such a way that the cleaning solution can enter the tank of the dishwasher unhindered.

    Remove the yellow protective cap (pos. 1) from the connection. Screw the house water pipe (pos. 2, braided steel pipe, not included in the scope of delivery) to the water connection of the EcoPlus PDRX hand-tight. Use two spanners (pos. 3) to tighten the braided steel pipe.

Always follow these rules to prevent the feed line from getting blocked by product sedimentation! – Keep the feed line as short as possible. The gradient on the feed line must be at least 5° down its entire length. Never route feed line with a hanging loop (= siphon) or loose.
