10. TROUBLESHOOTING

Please contact the manufacturer if a problem cannot be rectifi ed. For the safety of
the patient and the health care providers DO NOT continue using the mixer.

Disconnected sensing hose
or no input gas
Input hoses are not tightened
Device is OFF
No gas or input gas pressure
below 20 PSI

Remedy
Check input gas valves or
sensing hose connection
Tighten input hoses
Remove the mask from the
face and ensure the device
is ON
Change the gas cylinder
Change the gas cylinder
Charge battery as per
instructions/replace battery
Change battery/connect
power supply/ send to
O-Two™ for repair or service
