If you press refund a third time the six digits of the machine code will appear. The
code is modified in the same manner as described above for product code.
OP_21 RS-232C SERIAL OUTPUT.
This option enables the operator of the machine to obtain a ticket with sales audit
data.
The information is transmitted via interface RS232C, the data format ASCII, with one
start bit, 8 data and one stop bit.
In order to obtain the receipt (audit data), connect the printer and press the refund
button.
The machine will only transmit (using the TXD line) when the Data Terminal Ready
(DTR) line of the terminal or printer has been activated. This avoids data being
transmitted when the printer cannot receive them .
If the DTR line is deactivated once the transmission has started, the coin recipient will
wait for 5 seconds for it to be activated again. When this time is up, the transmission
is aborted.
