*1 : POWER WARNING OUT (Y11) becomes effective when the warning threshold of laser power is set.
*2 : If the laser power is measured at the laser off moment such as the interval of scanning lines, the measured laser
power may be low. In this case, the measured results become invalid at the warning threshold detection.
*3 : Output value of laser power [W]: During the lasing operation, measured data is sent at the setting intervals (10 ms or
100 ms).
*4 : Output value of laser energy [mJ]: The measured laser energy is sent at the end of the lasing operation. The laser
energy value is output when the laser power [W] and laser energy value [mJ] are specified in the output mode.

Remarks
Keep the ON status for 10 ms or more.
When the trigger delay time is set in the selected file, lasing operation starts after the
delay time.
This is the output to notify that the lasing operation ended. Even when the lasing
operation is interrupted due to the alarm or warning occurrence, LASING END OUT
(Y8) turns ON. This is One-shot output. Set the output time on the environment setting
screen. There is a small margin of error for the setting value.
POWER WARNING OUT indicates the warning "E812" occurrence, which notifies the
measured laser power [W] is out of the threshold.
It turns OFF when the measured laser power [W] is out of the threshold and keeps OFF
state until one-shot output time is passed after the lasing operation.
Without the setting of the warning threshold of laser power, this output does not work.
