4-4 Interlock Connector

Use the interlock connectors to construct the interlock system to stop laser pumping and radiation forcibly.
When the connection between INTERLOCK IN (No.3) and INTERLOCK COM. (No.1) are opened, the laser pumping is
turned OFF and the shutter is closed.
