Errors that notify of that the setting data are incorrect or laser radiation conditions are not met are output as warnings.
Lasing cannot be started while any warning is active. Laser pumping maintains the state before the warning.
„ Release method of warning
1. Remove a cause of warning. If the setting is incorrect, correct it.
2. In Remote Mode, close the shutter.
In addition, the following error code warnings are released automatically. Shutter close input is not necessary.
• E800: After the warning outputs in the duration of the one-shot output time, the warning is released.
• E811: The warning is only output while the connection between LASER STOP 1A/1B IN (X14, X19) and OUT COM.

Measures *
• Check the date and time on the environment setting screen
and set it again. After the setting, the warning status is
released while laser processing machine power is on.
When the power is off, set the date and time again.
• To replace the internal battery, contact to our sales office.
Delete the setting files or VEC/DXF files stored in the laser
processing machine on the data management screen.
• Import the VEC file again on the data management screen.
• Convert the drawing file to VEC format again with Logo
data conversion software.
• Input the setting data and save the file.
• If you want to use a blank file, save the file without setting
data.
Import the VEC/DXF file on the data management screen.
• Check the working image view on Home screen and adjust
the data position and size located outside of the working
field.
• When there is no data outside of the working field on the
working image view, check the X-/Y-offset value of the
system offset on the environment setting screen.
• If the line length of the custom shape is too small relative to
the spiral interval, set the larger value.
• Check if there are incorrect data in VEC file.
• Convert the drawing file to VEC format again with Logo
data conversion software.
• Reduce the number of segments in the drawings.
• Reduce the number of start/end points of the drawings.
• Separate the long segment into short data.
• Speed up scanning speed.
