Manual Release of IntelliBrake™

In case of total power loss and the run/tow switch does not release the Intelli-
Brake™, use the instructions on the rear closeout panel behind the rear seat.
The run/tow switch and controller splash shield is located under the passen-
ger-side rear seat. Lift the rear seat for access.
Make sure the key switch is in the OFF position and chock the tires to prevent
the vehicle from moving; then do the following:
1. Locate the 'Auxiliary Power'
line (7) and remove the
weather pack seal (8) from
the connector.
2. Locate the 'Primary Power'
line connector (5) and discon-
nect it from line (6).
3. Connect the 'Auxiliary Power'
line (7) to the 'Primary Power'
line (5). If the tires are not
chocked and the vehicle is
not on flat ground, the vehicle
will move immediately.
4. When step 3 is complete, the
IntelliBrake™ is released and
the vehicle can be pushed/will roll freely.
5. Remove the wheel chocks and move the vehicle to desired, safe loca-
tion. Turn the key switch to the OFF position and re-chock the tires imme-
diately.
6. Disconnect the 'Auxiliary Power' line (7) from the 'Primary Power' line (5).
7. Connect the 'Primary Power' line (5) to line (6).
8. Replace the weather pack seal (8) on the 'Auxiliary Power' line connector
(7).
