OPERATION

Proper Use of the Seat Belt

1.
Insert the metal tab into the locking
buckle. There is an audible click when
the tab locks into the buckle. Make sure
the belt is properly locked and that the
belt is not twisted.
2.
With the belt positioned as low as pos-
sible across the hips, pull the loose end
to a snug fit.
3.
Press the red button to release.

STARTING AND STOPPING THE VEHICLE

NOTICE
All vehicles have an 'interlock system' that disables the controller and pre-
vents operation of the vehicle while the charger is connected. Remove the
charger plug from the receptacle and correctly store the cord before moving
the vehicle.
1.
Sit in the driver's seat.
2.
Secure seat belt across hips.
3.
Press and hold the brake pedal.
4.
Insert the key and turn to desired direction of travel.
NOTICE
5.
Slowly press the accelerator pedal to start the motor.
6.
When the accelerator pedal is released, the motor decreases the speed
of the vehicle. To stop the vehicle more quickly, press the brake pedal.
7.
Remove the key from the switch before exiting the vehicle.

Do not allow children who need child
safety seats or booster seats to ride in
the vehicle. The vehicle is not designed
to restrain automotive child safety seats.
The vehicle is equipped with a seat switch that allows
operation or tow of the vehicle only when the operator is
properly seated. If the operator stands or leaves the seat
during operation, the vehicle will stop. If the vehicle is
shut down by the switch, the operator will need to reset
the key switch to N before pressing the accelerator.
When in the R position, a warning alarm will
activate to indicate that the vehicle is ready to run in
reverse.
