OPERATION
PRE-RIDE INSPECTION
To decrease the risk of an accident, inspect and verify that the
vehicle is in safe operating condition before each use. Check the
items in the table to help ensure safe and reliable operation.

BATTERY CHARGER
The charger should be operated in accordance with the charger manufac-
turer's instructions. See APPENDIX on page 65. Always place the charger
outside the vehicle before and during the charging cycle. Never charge bat-
teries in a hazardous environment.
