2. Carefully remove all parts from the carton and inspect for any damage or missing parts. If
parts are damaged or missing, contact your dealer immediately.
3. Locate the hardware package. Remove the tools first.
4. Remove the hardware for each step as needed to avoid confusion. The numbers in the
instructions that are in parenthesis (#) are the item number from the assembly drawing for
reference.
Note:
Once your treadmill is fully assembled, be sure to check the belt lubrication before initial
use by completing the following steps:
Ensure that your treadmill is off and that the power cord is

unplugged to minimize the risk of injury.
Use one hand to hold the treadmill belt up just enough so you can use your other hand to

reach between the belt and the deck. Verify that lubrication is present.
If lubrication is present, you may continue normal use. If lubrication is not present, please follow
the steps to lubricate your treadmill belt using approved treadmill belt lubricant.
