RY The status of all RIOs can be checked.
RX ∗ is displayed if the signal is ON.
• is displayed if the signal is OFF.
The RY are, from the left, START, STOP, FREE,
HOME/PRESET, FWD, RVS, ACL, M5, M4, M3, M2,
M1 and M0.
The RX are, from the left, MOVE, END, T-UP/ALM,
AREA, TIM and CRD.
RY The status of all RIOs can be checked.
RX ∗ is displayed if the signal is ON.
• is displayed if the signal is OFF.
The RY are, from the left, (M-REQ, R-REQ and
W-REQ), T-REQ, T-FWD, T-RVS, T-HSPD, T-AIC,
TW-REQ, +LS and −LS.
The RX are, from the left, (R-ERR, S-BSY, M-BSY,
R-END and W-END), T-RDY and TW-END.
(STOP) ∗ is displayed if the input is active.
