8.8.2

Expose_OK Output Signal

The output from the detector is the Expose_OK signal which can be used to trigger the
generator.
Expose_OK is active-low (octo-coupler on) when the detector is not being read-out.
Duration of Expose_OK is: Frame Time minus Read-out Time.
Read-out Time varies according to the mode.
Maximum sink current is 50mA.
Maximum Vceo is 80V.
Maximum collector power dissipation is 150mW.
For pulsed X-ray beam application, X-ray pulses must be delivered when
Expose_OK is active-low. If the exposure pulse exceeds the Expose_OK

window, additional noise or stripe artifacts may occur.
