Connecting the Cables
To connect the cables, perform the following steps.

Connect the Mains to the Power Supply.

Connect the Power Supply to the Detector Cable.

Connect Receptor Sync to Generator to the generator interface.

Connect the Detector Cable to the Power connector on the detector.

Connect the Ethernet cable between a Gigabit capable port on the host computer and the

detector. The use of a Hub or switch is neither recommended or supported.
Connect the Ground Cable to the grounding lug (not shown in

Connect the Ground Cable to an acceptable ground connection.

Connect the Mains Cable to an available power outlet.

WARNING
The X-ray generator interface is user-supplied equipment.
Note

Replacement power supply cords may use inadequately-rated wiring
and could damage the detector. If a replacement power supply cord is
required, please request one directly from Varex Imaging to ensure
that the power cord meets the standards for the detector.
