DOOR CATCH WITH PRESSURE RELEASE

(Safety measure)
The lever (HV) on the front of the left-
hand side of the appliance is used to
lock the hook (101) via a pin when the
door is closed and to operate the tap
(HH). If the lever (HVz) is in the
horizontal forward position, the hook
(101) is locked by the pin (VS) and
the tap (HH) is closed to allow
pressure to be built up in the cooking
compartment (DB). If the lever (HVo)
is pointing vertically upwards, the
hook (101) is free and the tap (HH) is
open to allow steam to pass from the
cooking compartment through the
pipe (LD) into the open via the drain
ventilator (AE) (pressure release).
This device prevents the door (TR)
from being opened if the cooking
compartment is under pressure.
TAP ACTUATOR (HA)
Removal
Remove the cover and the left
sidewall in accordance with §5. The
entire tap actuator (HA) can be
removed from the tap spindle (HW)
after removing the screws (SB). It can
then be further dismantled as follows:
unscrew the lever (HV), take off the
hub (NA) and the collar (FK), remove
the ring clip (SG), pull the shaft (WH)
out of the housing (GH), disassemble
the spindle (SO) and the pin (VS).
Installation
During installation, make sure that the
parts move freely and that the tap
spindle (HW) is accurately centered
on the tap actuator (HA). The position
of the tap actuator (HA) can be
altered
horizontally
by
between the housing (GH) and the
plate (PT) and vertically by means of
the slots in the plate (PT) where the
screws (SF) are located.
