Newest version (74.0046)
from series no. 20700086
with following changes:
- Level control is most sensitive, i.e.
it
reacts
to
osmosis
demineralized water
- The sensitivity of the water level in
the container can be adjusted by
two jumpers JP1 and JP2 (1
jumper per electrode);
with
installed
jumpers
sensitivity is sufficient enough
without both jumpers the sensitivity
is increased.
Other parts and adjustments of the
buzzer see version of 26.11.91.
The marking of the new board is:
Electrolux CH 6210 Sursee
HE- 1000.074
07.2004 Rev. 02
Starting from the 21. Week 2004 with the introduction of a
new pressure sensor (WIKA) the ppwer board is equipped
with a 14VA Trafo.
This power board is fully compatible with the previous
versions.
Adding water
The newest control version gives higher safety for adding
water to the container. To avoid filling the appliance with
HACCP BOARD (2)
Appliances for HACCP connection have this
additionel board. On the board there is no
possibility of adjustment.
HANDLING ELECTRONIC PCBs
Electrostatic discharges (ESD) on circuit boards can
cause damage. Even voltages that are imperceptible to
human beings can partially or totally destroy components.
Partial destruction is frequently not noticeable at once and
can lead to early failure. The chain of protection from ESD
must not be interrupted, i.e. the following points must be
observed where electronic components are concerned:
-
Transport should only take place in conductive boxes
or antistatic packaging to the place where the prints
are to be fitted.
-
Do not reload the prints in non-conductive containers.
-
Work on disassembled switch panels (changing prints
or ICs) must be carried out on surfaces of electrically

water in case of malfunction of the electrodes, the filling
time is limited to: approx. 2 minutes from responsing of
electrode 1 (lower level), approx. 30 seconds from
responsing of electrode 2 (max. level reached). When the
filling time is over and no answer-back of the electrode 2
(level reached) is signalized, the water adding is stopped
and the appliance is shut down.
conductive rubber. Servicemen carrying out work of
this type must wear ESD armbands which are
connected to the ground connection on the appliance.
-
Do not touch the conductors when handling a print.
Always hold them between your finger and thumb.
-
ICs (microprocessor, EEPROM) may only be placed
and stored on conductive foam or in specially designed
containers.
-
Never hold an IC with your bare hands - only do this
when you are wearing a grounded armband.
The same arrangements and measures also apply to
faulty prints that are returned for repair (warranty claims).
