LOCK HOOK PARTS
Assembling
Fit fork (109) with roller (107), spring pin (108) and
springs (110) together.
Place 4 washers (128) on the fork (109) and fix them with
the nuts (102, 103) provisional on the lock hook (101).
LOCK HOOK
Installation
Attach the lock hook (101) with springs (110) in the
mounting (137). Insert pin (104) in the lock hook (101).
Center the lock hook (101) on the bolt lead-through (139).
Insert the nylon washers (133) between lock hook (101)
and mounting brackets (140). Introduce bolt (105) from
above into bolt lead-through (139). Fit bolt clip (106) top
and bottom.
ECCENTRIC (118)
Installation
Introduce eccentric (118) with wedge (100) between bolt
(105) and pin (104). Note flat on bolt (105).
LOCK SPINDLE (115)
Installation
Place clamping ring (114) on the spindle lead-through
(141). Place sleeve (116) and spring (94) on the lock
spindle (115). Insert end of the spring in the center hole
(A). Introduce lock spindle with additions (115) from
below through the spindle lead-through (141), clamping
ring (114) and eccentric (118).
