ADJUSTING THE CONTROL BOARD
Pressureless scope
Remove the cover in accordance with §5. Open the door. Preheat the appliance to 80°C container temperature. When
the temperature is reached the contactor (K1) switches off.
Adjusting with a millivoltmeter:
- Hold the negative phase of the voltmeter to the contact "0V"
- Hold the positive phase of the voltmeter to the contact "SENSOR"
- Read the voltmeter and write down the voltage (normal values 490 – 550 mV)
- Hold the positive phase of the voltmeter to the contact "0BAR"
- Hold the negative phase of the voltmeter to the contact "0V"
- Turn the potentiometer "P0" until the voltage of the voltmeter corresponds to the figure measured above.
Scope pressure 1 bar
Close the door. Operate the appliance with 1 bar. The pressure gauge on the operating panel must show 1 bar precisely.
If there is any deviation, the potentiometer (P1) must be adjusted until the pressure gauge shows 1 bar.
Cooking time
The digital display (DZ) must match the cooking time that has been set for time preselection using the potentiometer
(GZ). The operating knob must be adjusted if there is any deviation.
- Prise the cap off the operating knob with a knife
- Set the digital display with the knob to a typical value (e.g. 10 min.)
- Loosen the nut in the center of the knob
- Turn the knob on the spindle until the marking matches the value on the scale (10 min.)
- Tighten the nut in the center of the knob
- Replace the cap on the operating knob.
