DOOR SAFETY SWITCH (122)
The functioning of the electrical safety
switch must be checked periodically.
The end position of the lock is
monitored by this electrical switch
(122). If the hook is not in its closed
end position, the switch is open and
will prevent the heating in the cooking
compartment from being operated
and no pressure can be built up.
The safety switch (122) must be
positioned such that voltage is only
applied to the control when the lock is
in the fully closed position.
Adjustment
Isolate the voltage supply to the appliance. Remove the
inner door panel (113a) in accordance with description
"PANELS 113". Remove front cover (146) from the safety
switch (122). Place an ohmmeter across input and output.
Slacken fixing screws (147) of the switch. Set safety
switch (122) by moving it horizontally until the switching

contact only makes when the lock is in the closed position.
Check the function of the safety switch by actuating the
locking mechanism several times. Tighten the fixing
screws (147), remove the ohmmeter and refit the cover
(146). Fit door panel (113a).
