Maintenance – Planned maintenance
Maintenance - 2000h
Park the roller on a level surface.
When checking and making adjustments, the

emergency/parking brake should be applied,
if not otherwise specified.
Ensure that there is good ventilation (air
extraction) if the engine is run indoors. Risk
of carbon monoxide poisoning.
Hydraulic reservoir – Fluid change
Fill with new hydraulic fluid (1). Refer to the lubricant
specifications for grade information.
Activate the diesel engine and test hydraulic functions.
Check the level in the reservoir (2) and top off as
required.
Drum - Oil change
Place the machine on a level surface so that the filling
plug (1) is perpendicular.
Place a receptacle with a capacity of about 5 litres
underneath the drain plug (2).
Take great care when draining fluid and oil at high
temperatures. Wear protective gloves and goggles.
Collect the oil and dispose in an appropriate manner.
Clean and unscrew the filler plug (1) and the drain plug
(2).
