1000BASE-T/100BASE-TX/10BASE-T Port
The 1000BASE-T/100BASE-TX/10BASE-T supports auto-negotiation of three rates and automatic MDI/MDIX
crossover at these three rates.
Conforming to IEEE 802.3ab, 1000BASE-T requires 100-ohm CAT5 or CAT5e, or higher 100-ohm UTP or STP
(recommended) with a maximum distance of 100 m (328.08 ft.).
The 1000BASE-T port requires that all four pairs of wires be connected for data transmission.

1000BASE-T Twisted Pair Connections
100BASE-TX/10BASE-T uses CAT 3, CAT 4, and CAT 5 100-ohm UTP/STP, and 1000BASE-T uses CAT 5
100-ohm UTP/STP for connections with a maximum distance of 100 m (328.08 ft.). The following table shows
100BASE-TX/10BASE-T pin assignments.
