3. Position the ThinkServer RAID Super Capacitor Module assembly on the chassis so that the tabs on the
assembly pass through the corresponding holes in the chassis. Then, move the ThinkServer RAID Super
Capacitor Module assembly as shown until it is secured on the chassis.

4. Connect the ThinkServer RAID Super Capacitor Module to the TFM connector on the Lenovo
ThinkServer RAID 720i PCIe Adapter.
Thunderbolt Memory Module
This topic applies only to Lenovo ThinkServer RAID 720i PCIe Adapter that supports the TMM. There are the
following two types of TMM:
• ThinkServer RAID 720i Modular Flash
• ThinkServer RAID 720i Modular DRAM Upgrade
The TMM works as the cache memory of the installed Lenovo ThinkServer RAID 720i PCIe Adapter.
