Assembly with cold-plate cooling

Mounting: Smart Line Module Booksize Compact 16 kW with cold-plate cooling

To improve heat transfer, a heat-conducting medium must be used. Special spherical-

indented heat-conducting film must be used for this purpose. Every cold plate power unit is

supplied with heat-conducting film cut to the right size. The installation position of the

thermally conductive foil must be taken into account.
