Possible Cause
Appliance is not connected to the
internet.
IntelliFire app account login issues.
Appliance has been factory reset.
Router, SSID or network password
has changed.
Voice assistant integration has
become unlinked from IntelliFire.

Corrective Action
Ensure WiFi router is connected to the internet.
Log out and log back into the IntelliFire app account.
Delete the appliance from the IntelliFire App and perform
Network Setup again in Settings.
Delete the appliance from the IntelliFire App and perform
Network Setup again in Settings.
Verify IntelliFire App is functional first. If it is, refresh the
integration by unlinking and re-linking the specific voice
assistant to IntelliFire using the Alexa or Google Home
apps.
