In order to use the job flow scan function on the machine, the following software is
required.
Note • This feature is only available for ApeosPort C6550 I/C5540 I.
CentreWare Easy Operator
CentreWare Easy Operator is stored in the CentreWare Utilities CD-ROM provided
with the machine.
This section describes the configuration procedure to use the job flow scanning on the
machine.
The following is the procedure to use the job flow scanning.
Enabling Port and Setting TCP/IP
Enable the SOAP port, Internet Service (HTTP) port, and SNMP port, and set an IP
addresses on the machine.
Configuring the SNMP port
Configure the transport protocol for the SNMP port using CentreWare Internet
Services.
Configuring a computer
Install CentreWare EasyOperator on the computer.
In order to use the job flow service, enable the SOAP port, SNMP port, and Internet
service (HTTP) port, and set IP addresses. The procedure for setting the machine is as
follows.
Note • The configuration can also be performed using CentreWare Internet Services.
For information how to use CentreWare Internet Services, refer to "Using CentreWare Internet
Services" (P.53).
Display the [System Administrator Menu] screen.
1) Press the <Log In/Out> button.
2) Enter the UserID with the numeric keypad or a keyboard displayed by pressing
[Keyboard], and select [Confirm].
Note • The default UserID is "11111". When using the Authentication feature, a password is
required. The default password is "x-admin".
3) Select [System Settings].
Enable the SOAP port.
1) Select [System Settings].
2) Select [Network Settings].
3) Select [Port Settings].
