e To timer-record daily or weekly serials, press DAILY
(NUMBER "8") or WEEKLY (NUMBER "9"). "DALLY"
or "WEEKLY" appears on the Program screen.
Pressing timebutton again makes each corresponding
display disappear.
• If you made a mistake, press CANCEL to access the
VCR Plus+ screen again and input the correct
PlusCode number.
• If the PlusCode number you inputted is incorrect,
"ERROR" may appeal on the screen to advise you of
time error. This happens when time PlusCode number is
for a program which has already passed. "ERROR" is
displayed for about 5 seconds and the VCR Plus+
screen reappears.
SETTAPESPEED
Press SP/EP.
RETURNTO NORMAL
SCREEN
Press PROG. or OK. "PROGRAM COMPLETED"
appears on the screen for about 5 seconds, then normal
screen appears.
ENGAGE TIMER MODE
Press TIMER. Time VCR turns off automatically and "(D"
is displayed on the display panel.
ATTENTION
If there is a conflict in the timer schedule and one program
overlaps with another, only the parts shown below in gray
will be recorded.
Pattern 1: The program with the lower program number
will be recorded.

IMPORTANT
ff you have moved to a different area or if a broadcasting
station's channel number has been changed, timewrong VCR
or CABLE CH number will be displayed on time VCR Plus+
Program screen in step 5. When this happens, set time correct
time Guide Channel number for that station. (:_' pg. 40,
"VCR Plus+ Setup")
NOTES:
• To disengage the timer before recording starts, press TIMER
again. Pressing once more re-engages it.
• In case of a power failure after programming, the VCR's
memory backup keeps your selections for approximately
10 minutes.
• When timer-recording cable channels received through a
G_ble Box, be sure to keep the G_ble Box set to ON.
