PM Control By APM
The option of power management is subject to the operation system
which supports APM (Advanced Power Management ) function; e.g.
WIN 95 /WIN 98.
When enabled, an Advanced Power Management device will be
activated To enhance the Max. Power Saving mode and stop the
CPU internal clock. If the Max. Power Saving is not enabled, this will
be preset to No.

This determines the manner in which the monitor is blanked.
