QSPI flash memory programming
The configuration data to be written to QSPI Flash will be part of the JTAG indirect configuration
file (.jic). This configuration data is automatically loaded from the serial configuration flash into
the Cyclone V device when the board is powered up.
6.2.1 Programming File generation
