2.7 General Diagnosis
If the unit does not work properly, refer to the following table for diagnosis to repair procedure and repair
action need.

Cause
Voltage on primary side of circuit breaker
It should be within the voltage range
shown in paragraph 1-1.

Unit switch ON/OFF check
Alarm presence (F code)
Check for disconnection of F2U (fuse)
Check for malfunction in object
models shown in paragraph 1.2.
Check for disconnection on secondary
side of transformer (Tr)
Check if there is AC24V between No.3
and 4 pins of connector X30A (I/O board).
Display of controller (ALARM display) See the alarm code
・ Check of operation of HPT (E101)
by controller display
・ Check if the condenser fan has
stopped during high-pressure control.
(Check that the condenser fan
operates at low speed at over 800kPa
and at high speed at over 1000kPa.)
Visual check debris and damage

・Motor coil resistance
・ Ensure that the magnetic contactor
is turned ON
