ASSEMBLY

WARNING

lift the unit by the handle. Hold the unit by the frame
and use proper lifting techniques to reduce the risk of
back injury.
REMOVING CARTON CONTENTS
WARNING
Do not attempt to operate this product if any items
in the INCLUDED LIST are already assembled when
you remove the carton contents. These items are not
assembled by the manufacturer and should require
customer assembly. Using an improperly assembled
product can be hazardous and could result in serious
personal injury.
l Carefully cut down the sides of the packaging and remove
the carton contents.
l Inspect the carton contents. Verify that all the items in
the INCLUDED LIST are present and undamaged.
l Recycle or dispose of the packaging materials properly.

INSTALLING THE FEET
See Figure 9.
l Place the generator on a flat surface.
l Lift the handle side of the generator high enough to gain
access to the crossbar on the bottom of the frame.
l Place props beneath the generator to serve as a tempo-
rary support.
l Locate the feet and bolts.
l Align the holes in a foot with the nuts in the crossbar.
l Insert bolts through the holes in the foot and nuts in the
cross bar.
l Tighten bolts securely. Do not over tighten.
l Repeat these steps to install second foot.
INSTALLING THE WHEELS
See Figure 10.
l Place the generator on a flat surface.
l Lift the muffler side of the generator high enough to gain
access to the bottom of the frame.
l Place props beneath the generator to serve as a tempo-
rary support.
l Locate the axles, wheels, washers, and hitch pins.
