6. Preparing Your Printer for Storage/Shipping
Attach the rubber cap to the carriage.
For information on how to attach the rubber cap, see page 240 "Attaching the rubber cap".
IMPORTANT! If the moving or shipping the printer, the right and left sumps must be emptied prior to
moving or ink may spill out of the sumps and damage the printer. Contact technical
support for guidance.
