3. Maintenance
Fill all the caps of head cleaning jig II with cleaning liquid using a dropper.
IMPORTANT! Do not place the bottle for cleaning liquid on the platen during operation. If the
cleaning liquid spills onto the platen, it will cause machine failure.
1.
Draw up approximately 2 ml of cleaning liquid from the bottle for cleaning liquid.
2.
Place approximately 1 ml of the cleaning liquid drawn using the dropper into the
cap.
After adding approximately 1 ml of the cleaning liquid, release the remaining liquid from the
dropper one drop at a time into the cap until the liquid level is raised slightly above the rim of
the cap when viewed from the side, as shown in the illustration below.
This should be done for all caps.
If bubbles are generated, please use a dropper to suck out the bubbles, as they may not protect
the head properly.
