Download new software from the SpectraLink
site per section 8
Perform "Restore Defaults" operation via
administrator menus [or reprogram with
Configuration Cradle].
None. This is informational only.
Record the error code so it can be reported.
Turn the handset off then on again.
If error persists, try registering a different
handset to this telephone port.
If error still persists, contact SpectraLink
Technical Support and report the error.
Check each NetLink Telephony Gateway for
the handset's MAC address on the Telephone
Line Configuration screen. Delete any
duplicate entries leaving only one entry on the
correct Telephone Gateway and port for this
handset.
Download new software from the SpectraLink
site per section 8
Try the call again later.
Check that DNCP is operational and
connected to WLAN or use Static IP
configuration in the handset.
Let handset come completely up.
Statically configure an ESSID in the Admin
menu.
Reconfigure the handset to gain access to the
WLAN and download new code.
Verify that the NetLink Telephony Gateway is
properly configured.
Verify that the NetLink Telephony Gateway is
powered on. If so, follow standard NetLink
Telephony Gateway troubleshooting
procedures.
Verify NetLink Telephony Gateway connection
to LAN and all APs.
