– Remove left rear entry light ⇒ Electrical system; Rep. gr. 96 ;
Lights; Removing and installing front entry light -W33-/-W34- .
– Remove storage compartment on front seat frame.
– Remove lower B-pillar trim
– Using wedge - T10039/1- , lever sill panel moulding -1- out of
mountings starting at front.
– Remove sill panel moulding -1-.
Installing
Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:
– Before installing, check retaining clips for damage and renew
if necessary.
– During assembly, insert retaining clips -2- approx. half way into
body. Retaining clips -3- are clipped into step trim -1-.
– After installing, ensure door seals are seated correctly.
