"Insufficient wire" sensor connection

The cold wire supply is monitored by the "Insufficient wire" sensor, which is fastened to
the wire drum and signals low wire supply in good time. If the wire supply is insufficient
a process warning is issued on the system interface (wire error). However, this is just a
warning; the process will not be shut down.
