CHECKS
Check the pressure entering the
water system and gradually
increase it.
Check the combustion efficiency
a)
of the burner in fail. Combustion
Efficiency must be higher than
92%.
Check the flue gas temperature
b)
sensor for the graph in indicated
in Section
10.24.\
Check the return temperature
a)
sensor for values indicated in
graph in Section 10.24.
Check if supply and return pipe
b)
are reversed
Check if the condensate drain is
a )
blocked
Check if the condensate tank is
b )
blocked.
Check frequency signal is
a)
between 55 and 65Hz.
Check the ground connection
b)
(between ground and neutral it
must be 0 volts).
Check supply voltage polarity.
Check the frequency signal. It must
be between 55 and 65Hz.
Check the earth connection to the
appliance.
Check the connections to the
appliance.
Check the connections to the
appliance.

SOLUTIONS
If water system pressure is over what is set in
a)
parameter 3022, replace the water pressure
sensor.
If filling the system for the first time, turn
b)
parameter 2011 to ON to open the internal valve
and allow air to purge.
If return temperature is higher than 145°F (62°C)
a)
downrate the capacity or reduce the water flow;
If combustion efficiency is lower than 88%, try to
b)
clean the flue gas side and the water side of the
heat exchanger;
If flue temperature sensor does not match
c)
Section 10.24, replace it.
If return temperature sensor does not match
Section 10.24, replace it.
Remove any obstruction from the condensate
a)
drain.
Check the condensate tank; if medium is
b)
exhausted, it must be replaced.
If out of range, consult your electrical supplier.
a)
If the ground connection is not correct, ask your
b)
electrical supplier to investigate. Alternately,
replace the power control board.
Reverse supply voltage polarity if needed.
If out of range, consult your electrical supplier.
Alternately, replace the power control board.
Reconnect the earth connection.
Reconnect the power control board.
If temperature sensor does not comply with section
10.24, replace.
