Troubleshooting

Problem
CPU 1515SP PC2 does not work.
Time and/or date of the CPU 1515SP PC2 not
correct.
USB device is not working.

Possible cause
CPU 1515SP PC2 is not supplied with
power.
CPU 1515SP PC2 was not connected
for more than 6 weeks.
USB power supply is overloaded.
Remedy
Check the power supply.
Check the settings in Windows.
Use an external power supply for the USB
device (see section Application planning
(Page 38)).
