Install the FedEx Ship Manager software on the PC.

Start the FedEx Ship Manager software and go to Utilities to select Configure Scale. A window
called configure scale appears on the screen.

Type into the Vendor Id(0EB8) and Product Id(2407).

Click the Test Scale button. The correct weight and weight type appear on the right side.
Click OK button to close the Configure Scale window.

Put an object on the platform to read the value from the FedEx Ship Manager window.
NOTE:
The weight value on the scale and the weight value in FedEx Ship Manager should be the same.
FedEx Ship Manager does not round up extra digits from the display weight.
FedEx Ship Manager software only processes the numeric weight value from the scale -- it can
autosense the weighing unit (kg, lb or oz) from the scale.
