Possible Cause
• In the service menu "Save
configuration" selected, but
without CF card in the card
slot.
• CF card is not detected
(defective?).
• No machine software found on
CF card.
• Machine software not loaded
correctly to CF card.
• CF card defective.
• No data on CF card that can be
saved on machine.
• File with backup data missing.
• Data on CF card is defective or
corrupted.
• No communication with CF
card.
• CF card improperly formatted.
• No communication with CF
card.
• Machine is in reset mode (it is
reset to the default settings).
• CCI interface has been
activated but not connected
correctly or not connected.
• No product has been released
by the cash register system for
purchase.
• Another product was selected
than that which was released
by the cash register system.

Solution
Insert CF card into card slot.

Try out another CF card.
