Possible Problems

Messages
None or poor milk foam
Refrigerator too cold/warm
"Milk temperature high"

Possible Cause
• Warm milk used.
• Impurities in the milk system.
• Lip valve of the proportional
valve is stuck.
• Nozzle at the milk pump outlet
clogged (also causes a reduced
quantity of milk).
• Milk air valve defective.
• Watery milk.
• Air supply set incorrectly in the
service menu.
• Wrong temperature set.
• Door seal not tight.
• NTC of the refrigerator is
defective.
• The temperature of the milk is
slightly too high (between 6
and 12 °C).
• The temperature of the milk in
the refrigerator is too high
(above 12°C).
• Door seal of the refrigerator is
not tight.
• NTC of the refrigerator is
defective.
• Refrigerator does not cool.
• Machine is performing an
automatic milk rinse (outlet 2
and 4).

Solution
Use cold milk (<5°C).

Check complete milk system,
u
including the milk outlet and
milk outlet valve.
Remove and clean lip valve,
u
replace if necessary.
Clean nozzle.
u
Check valve and replace if
u
necessary.
See problem "watery milk in

the container".
Adjust the air supply for "Hot
u
foam" and "Cold foam" in the
service menu under "Milk
settings".
In the service menu adjust the
u
"refrigerator temperature"
under "Milk settings".
Check door seal.

Check NTC of the refrigerator
u
and replace if necessary.
Measured value: 10 kΩ at 25
u
°C.
The milk temperature is slightly
u
too high but milk products can
still be prepared.
Milk products are blocked;

check milk temperature, fill
milk with max. temp from 5
