Possible Problems

Possible Cause
• 3V battery on CPU is empty.
• CF card was left in.
• Intermediate print (only
machines of the 1st production
series) defective.
• Cable connections between
modules not OK.
• Display defective.
• Connection cable not
connected/loose contact.
• Relay does not switch: stuck or
defective.
• 24V short-circuit.
• Switching power supply/fuse
on switching power supply
defective.
• Cable connection or LED
defective.
• Software problem.
• Keyboard cable not plugged in.
• Capsule not tight, squirts on
print.
• Short-circuit.
• Humidity too high.
• In standby mode.
• Relay 4+1 defective.
• Switching power supply/fuse
on switching power supply
defective.
Solution
Replace battery.

Switch off machine, remove CF
u
card and switch machine on
again.
Replace intermediate print.
u
Check connection, plug in
u
again.
If still not OK: Replace display.
u
Check plug.
u
Check/replace relay.
u
Eliminate 24V short-circuit.
u
Check switching power supply/
u
fuse and replace if necessary.
Check cable (ribbon cable),
u
replace cable or print.
Update software.

Check cable keyboard and

cable print connection. Perform
keyboard test: Press any key
for 3s, perform keyboard test,
test and check buttons. wait 3s
to end the test. Replace print.

Remove keyboard, clean/dry
