i keep getting a message saying: An error occurred during cleaning. cleansing process was aborted and needs to be restarted. check the error log for more detailed information about the error. when you do this it says the temperature is too high for cleaning.

If the cleaning process was aborted due to high temperature, check if the steam boiler temperature exceeds 165°C (329°F). If it does, the thermal breaker will interrupt the electrical current. Allow the machine to cool down before attempting to restart the cleaning process.
