5-10 Serial ATA Connections

SATA/SAS Ports
Eight Serial_ATA ports are located on
the motherboard. I-SATA Ports 0/1 sup-
port SATA 3.0. I-SATA Ports 2-5 and
S-SATA 0 support SATA 2.0. In addition,
eight SAS ports (L-SAS 0-7), supported
by the LSI SAS 2208 controller are also
located on the X9DRFF-7+/7T+. See the
table on the right for pin defi nitions.
