Incline will increase by 1 level every 10 seconds,
until the incline limit or the target heart rate is
reached. (speed is controlled by the user)
Speed will increase by 0.5km/h every 10 seconds,
until the speed limit or the target heart rate is
reached. (incline is controlled by the user)
Speed will increase by 0.5km/h every 10 seconds,
until the speed limit is reached. Once the maximum
speed limit is reached, incline will increase by 1
level every 10 seconds, until the incline limit is
reached.
Incline will decrease by 1 level every 10 seconds,
until minimum incline is reach or the target heart
rate is reached. (speed is controlled by the user)
Speed will decrease by 0.5km/h every 10 seconds,
until minimum speed or the target heart rate is
reached. (incline is controlled by the user)
Incline will decrease by 1 level every 10 seconds,
until the minimum incline is reached. Once the
minimum incline is reached, speed will decrease
by 0.5km/h every 10 seconds, until the minimum
speed is reached.
Values will stop changing once target heart rate is
reached.
