When activating multiple licenses, build a .txt file that associates the
serial number with the license certificates:
Open a text editor such as Notepad.

Type in the software license number listed on one of the license

certificates and press T
Type in the serial number you recorded in step

Repeat steps b

• In this instance, the serial number should be the same on each line.
• Enter one line for each license certificate to be activated.
The .txt file content should be similar to the following example:

X1008-4401-5026-2458 <
X1009-2735-6026-2459 <
<license number>
Create a separate .txt file for each ReadiManager system. Any number
•
of licenses may be submitted for the same ReadiManager system in the
same text file, but licenses for multiple ReadiManager systems or other
products with this ReadiManager may not be submitted in the same text file.
The number of Outlook option licenses entered in this .txt file must equal
•
the number of device licenses submitted.
If any of the licenses in this .txt file have already been activated, you will
•
receive an error indicating "License keycode has already been generated"
and the license number. Remove that line from the .txt file to continue.
Save the .txt file.

Go to http://www.polycom.com/activation.
Log in or create a New User Account.
Select Product Activation.
When activating a single license:
In the Single License Number section, type in the software license
a
number listed on the license certificate and the serial number you
recorded in step 1, and click Generate.
When the activation key appears, record it in the space provided:
