Obtaining Software Licensing Information

You must provide the license activation key and serial number for tracking
purposes.
To obtain software license activation keys

Polycom, Inc.
Click Next.
The system tries to connect to the LDAP server. If the connection fails,
an error appears to indicate the problem. If the connection is
successful, the First Time Setup - Completed screen appears.

After the system has restarted, log in again using the administrator
log-in credentials.
Locate and record the ReadiConvene server serial number. To locate
the serial number:
— Log in to ReadiConvene server as the administrator.
— Choose System Setup > Licensing.
The serial number appears in the Licensing screen.
