If the "Welcome" Dialog Box Is Not Displayed
In certain computing environments, you may find that the "Welcome"
dialog box does not appear in the display.
Case 1
In Step 4, a dialog box with a message telling you to restart your computer
may appear instead of the Welcome dialog box.
In this case, select Yes, I want to restart my computer now. and click OK .
After restarting your computer, perform the entire installation procedure over
again from Step 1.
Case 2
If the U-8 Driver Not Found dialog box is displayed instead of the Welcome
dialog box, you will first need to install the U-8 Driver, by following the
procedure on p. 20.
If the Welcome dialog box still does not appear, even with the driver
installed, then the driver was not installed correctly. Carry out the following
steps to reinstall the driver.
1. Following the procedure on p. 67 and p. 69, delete the U-8 Driver and
unneeded drivers installed with the U-8 connection.
2. Turn off the U-8's power and restart Windows.
3. Follow the procedure on p. 20 to install the U-8 Driver.

The Choose Destination Location dialog box will be displayed. To install
to the specified destination, click Next. If you want to install to a different
folder, click Browse... and select another folder.
