INSTALLATION
T-WASHER FITMENT
The installation kit includes the four (4) T-Washers. Push them
down into the transition piece as shown. The T-Washers should
be facing outwards and will be sitting inside the supply duct.
Using each T-Washer as a guide, drill three (3) 8.0mm (1/4")
pilot holes through the supply duct. This must be completed
before fitting the cooler.
DO NOT USE THE PROVIDED TEK SCREWS – THESE ARE
FOR LATER USE ELSEWHERE.
FLASHING THE SUPPLY DUCT
The supply duct may now be flashed to the roof. Make sure
there is no chance of water entering the roof space.
WEATHERSEAL ASSEMBLY
Reinstall the weatherseals flaps as shown. Ensure they open all
the way and do not interfere with the supply duct or any screws.
The flaps should move freely through 70º without interference.

Important! There must be no obstructions to the weatherseal
opening fully as it will adversely affect the performance of the
cooler.
