1: Push and hold the red
button (safety lock).

Boom with V-Cradle

Boom with V-cradle (DVB)
Boom with V-cradle is used for handling reels which are both lifted by their central hole and from
beneath. The boom is equipped with a wheel at the front to facilitate the loading of the reels. When the
V-cradle is used it is placed into the hole of the boom. The V-cradle can be rotated to ensure the correct
loading and unloading of the reel.
Safety when using the Boom with V-cradle
It is important that the reel is placed in the middle of the V-cradle in a longitudinal direction in
order to prevent uneven loading or the reel falling off.
Reels handled with V-cradle should not be more than 500mm in diameter; otherwise, there is
a risk of dropping the reel.

To fasten the reel:

3: Rotate the red handle until the
safety lock is activated.
(Use only restricted strength)

4: Hold on to the grip.
5: Open the positioning bolt.
6: Turn the tool slowly.
